(Concierge replaces our old Autoship system. Although it ran for seven great years, we had a love-hate relationship with Autoship and it was time to assign it to the great software retirement home in the sky. Concierge is a bright, shiny new ‘club’ for customers who like to get their orders shipped but prefer not to worry about it day to day).
how does it work?
When you sign up for Honest Kitchen Concierge™ you’ll receive a special dedicated email and direct line for Chris, a Customer Service Person Extraordinaire, who will personally set up a recurring order in our system and be personally available to amend or pause your shipments at any time, at a moment’s notice*.
Going on vacation? No problem! Just contact Chris and he’ll take care of everything behind the scenes so your shipments resume when you get back. He can even have your orders shipped to a different address while you’re away, if you need them temporarily sent to a vacation home or pet resort.
Getting a new pup? Chris can amend your order so you get some extra puppy food when you need it – and transition to an adult formula when you give the say-so!
